Hobart stole a little piece of my heart when we visited a few weeks ago. What an absolutely beautiful little city tucked way down South. It may have been the middle of winter but it was anything but dreary. We visited the famous Salamanca markets, an apple museum in the Huon Valley, drove around the Channel Highway hugging the coast through some cute old towns, spent a morning at Mona and soaked in the incredible views from the top of Kunanyi/Mount Wellington. Can’t wait to come back!
