How lucky we are to have so much beauty right here in our own country. We headed north for a little winter break to escape the cold and boy were we spoilt with some beautiful weather. It was 27 degrees and sunny every day. My dream temperature. We went on a bit of a road trip adventure in Far North Queensland to find one of my Granny’s favourite beaches. What a treat awaited us – turquoise water, warm sunshine and very few tourists. It was like we had the place to ourselves! We also spent a few heavenly days in Townsville and caught the ferry over to Magnetic Island.
